Ty Castell Guest House is the closest 4 star guesthouse to the National Botanic Gardens of Wales which is just three miles from our property. With it's award winning largest single span Great Glasshouse designed by Lord Foster. Many of the areas are under cover and nearly all easily accessible for wheelchair users.

Ty Castell breakfast and dining room is housed in a delightful conservatory that allows you to look out across the river Towy and beautiful gardens. A full traditional cooked breakfast is served every morning to start your day off and a wide choice of evening meals is offered in the evening. Ty Castell offers good home cooked food and utilese's local meat and veg produce and caters for all dietary needs where possible.

Ty Castell sits on the doorstep of the National Botanic Garden of Wales with Aberglasney Mansions Historic Gardens just six miles away, centrally located for major towns, attractions, shows, festivals, walking, cycling and other activities, such as golf, paintball, horse riding and why not enjoy A Day at the Races at the Ffos Las Race Course. Surrounded by wild Wales countryside with a host of wildlife including Otters, kingfishers and jumping Salmon to mention a few this is a wonderful base for your Welsh peregrinations, Ty Castell where you will truly find a welcome in the valley.

Ty Castell sits in the heart of the Carmarthenshire countryside, in a small hamlet village called Nantgaredig. Tucked away at the end of a lane is a most remarkable establishment. Once a farmhouse on the banks of the River Towy, Ty Castell – now a four star guest-house – opens its doors to weekenders, rural explorers, nature and garden admirers, golfers and fishermen (the sea-trout and salmon fishing here is superb). A warm welcome awaits all our guests. Ty Castell also offers its visitors style, comfort and facilities of a very high standard, with a genuinely friendly, informal and personal touch.

Ty Castell is located on the banks of the River Towy with tranquil gardens and panoramic views all around. Fishing is very much part of the local culture in West Wales and Fishermen are very welcome. Everyone is welcome at Ty Castell, however we regret that we are not able to accommodate children. This is an Adults (21 years and above) only venue.

Enjoy freshly prepared breakfast or evening meals in our breakfast/dining room overlooking the River Towy. The River Towy is just outside our gate where you can enjoy fishing (Permit Required) or just go for a walk along the riverbank. Relax in our garden and enjoy the panoramic views of the Towy valley and the wildlife on the River Towy.
