A full Welsh or English traditional breakfast is served every morning to start you off. In the evening a large choice of food is available and we ask that you order your meal in the morning at Breakfast.

Ty Castell has decided to discountinue sale of alcohol, however you are invited to bring your own wine to enjoy with your meal or drink outside in the garden or on the river bank, there is a small fee for corkage. Please note that for guests comfort we only allow wine into the property, however there is a public house in walking distance and others close by.

Ty Castell breakfast and dining room is housed in a delightful conservatory that allows you to look out across the river Towy and beautiful gardens. We are not a restaurant nor open to the public, we just enjoy cooking a variety of good food for our small number of guests.

We offer good home cooked food and use local meat and veg produce from a nearby farm and value our guests appreciation or good home cooked food in an stunning setting with welcoming and caring hosting. We also cater for all dietary needs when advised in advance.

As the evening shadows draw across the countryside, candles are lit in the dining room, In the growing dusk you may be lucky enough to see bats, or an otter, or a barn owl silently surveying his territory, sights that restore the soul and make you feel part of Nature and a real world again. Herons, Swans and a variety of other animals and birds may be seen, not forgetting Ty Castell's logo the colorful Kingfisher.
